Jakarta | The CEO of PLN Batubara Niaga, Kanapi Subur Dwiyanto, highlighted the company's successful strategies in maintaining energy supply. He is confident that PLN Batubara Niaga can deliver 8 million tons of coal this year, marking a growth of 289 percent compared to 2022.

Kanapi outlined key strategies involving market mapping, meticulous company development, preparation of appropriate mining resources, solid contractual agreements, commitment to customer satisfaction, and innovation to advance sustainable business processes.

The company has designed strategies to stabilize coal prices, including establishing solid Coal Sales Purchase Agreements with large-capacity mining sources and excellent performance.

In addition, PLN Batubara Niaga has formed Joint Operation Partnerships (KSO) with transportation companies that have their own fleets, offering competitive pricing.

"By maintaining high commitments and continuous communication with partners and customers, the company ensures strong and sustainable relationships," he said.

PLN Batubara Niaga is also actively supporting energy transition programs. Their initiatives include providing biomass for co-firing at PLN Group's power plants, captive power for non-electricity industries, and managing logistics facilities such as coal blending, terminals, and coal upgrading to enhance coal supply security.
