Whistleblowing System (WBS)

PLN BBN provides a communication channel for stakeholders to report fraud and/or violations through the Whistleblowing System (WBS) for both external and internal parties. This system is designed to optimize the role of PLN personnel and external parties in uncovering suspected fraud and/or violations within PLN BBN.

Categories of Complaints That Can Be Reported Through the Whistleblowing System (WBS):

1. Corruption, including but not limited to conflicts of interest, bribery, illegal gratuities, economic extortion, and other actions prohibited by the Anti-Corruption Law and its amendments.

2. Misuse of Assets/Authority, theft, or embezzlement of cash, inventory, materials, or other company assets.

3. Manipulation of Financial or Non-Financial Reports.

4. Violations of Applicable Laws, Company Regulations, Code of Conduct, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

5. Actions That Could Harm the Company's Reputation.

6. Ethical Violations or Unethical Conduct.

7. Drug Use.

8. Involvement in Prohibited Community Activities.

The reporter can report any violations they are aware of through:
