Born in Ujung Pandang on November 29, 1969, Ratnasari Sjamsuddin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Hasanuddin University in 1993 and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Indonesia in 2008.

She was appointed as Acting President Commissioner pursuant to the Shareholders’ Resolution Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders (Circular Resolution) of PT PLN Batubara Niaga dated December 31, 2025.

Ratnasari Sjamsuddin began her career at PT PLN (Persero) in 1994. Throughout her career, she has held various strategic positions, including Senior Manager of Transmission and Distribution Engineering at PT PLN (Persero) (2010–2013), Senior Manager of Engineering and Planning for Transmission and Distribution Procurement at PT PLN (Persero) (2013–2015), General Manager of Construction Unit IV at PT PLN (Persero) (2015–2016), General Manager of the Sumatra–Java Interconnection Construction Unit at PT PLN (Persero) (2016–2017), Head of the West Java Regional Construction Division at PT PLN (Persero) (2017–2018), General Manager of the West Java Construction Unit at PT PLN (Persero) (2018–2022), and Executive Vice President of Construction for Java, Madura, Bali, Maluku, Papua, and Nusa Tenggara at PT PLN (Persero) (2022–2025).

Born in Cilacap on November 24, 1968, Tri Joko Supriyatno earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gadjah Mada University in 1993.

Appointed as Acting Commissioner based on the Decision of Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders (Circular) of PT PLN Batubara Niaga dated October 1, 2024.

Tri Joko Supriyatno started his career at PT PLN (Persero) since 1993, Tri Joko Supriyatno has held several important positions including Manager of Primary Energy for PT PLN (Persero) Java Bali Generating Unit (2014 - 2015), Vice President of Coal Contracts for PT PLN (Persero) (2015 - 2020), Audit Committee of the Board of Commissioners of PT PLN Batubara (2016 - 2020), Director of Operations for PT PLN Batubara (2020 - 2022), Senior Vice President of Contract Control and Logistics Coal PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia (2023 – Present).

Born in Yogyakarta on January 27, 1972, Noor Adi Baroto earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Veteran National Development University in 1999.

Appointed as an Independent Commissioner based on the Decision of Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders (Circular) of PT PLN Batubara Niaga dated November 26, 2024.

Noor Adi Baroto started his career at PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk since 1999, Noor Adi Baroto has held several important positions including Engineer (2003-2006) PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk, Operational Director of PT Suryalampung Tanggamus (2006-2014), Expert Staff Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (2015-2024).
