Born in Padang Panjang on September 22, 1975, Rolly earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology.

Starting his career at PT Indonesia Power PLTU Suralaya in 2002, Rolly has held several important positions as Maintenance Manager of PT Indonesia Power UBOH PLTU Banten 1 SLA (2010 - 2012), Maintenance Manager of PT Indonesia Power UBOH PLTU Banten 3 Lontar (2012 - 2014), Engineering Manager of PT Indonesia Power UJP Banten 3 Lontar (2014 - 2017), General Manager of PLTU West Java 2 Pelabuhan Ratu Operation and Maintenance Service Unit PT. Indonesia Power (2017 – 2021), Vice President of Primary and Settlement II PT Indonesia Power (2021 – 2022), Vice President of Primary Energy Planning and Control I PT PLN Indonesia Power (2022 – 2023), Vice President of Operation Maintenance and Planning III PT PLN Indonesia Power (2023 – 2024), President Director of PT PLN BBN (2024 – Present).

Born in Kendal on March 27, 1987, Joni Arifin earned a Bachelor of Economics from Jenderal Soedirman University in 2009.

Starting his career at PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PJB) since 2010, Joni Arifin has held several important positions at PJB including Financial Supervisor of UP Muara Tawar (2014 - 2017), Administration Manager of UBJOM PLTU Tenayan (2017-2019), Accounting Development Manager of PJB Head Office (2019 - 2022), Director of Finance and HR of PT Mitra Karya Prima (2022-2024), VP of Billing and Revenue of PT PLN EPI (2024), Director of Finance and HC of PT PLN BBN (2024-Present). In addition, he is also active in the YK Management of PT PJB as Treasurer (2019-2022).

Born in Padang on March 24, 1980, Rahmat Dian Amir earned a Masters degree in Strategic Management from the University of Riau in 2022.

Rahmat Dian Amir has held several important positions in the management of PLN (Persero) Primary Energy, including VP of Operations and Quality Control of PT PLN Batubara (2021-2022), Assistant Senior Vice President of Coal Generation Services of PT PLN EPI (2022-2023), Assistant Senior Vice President of Coal Procurement Implementation of PT PLN EPI (2023-2024), and Acting Director of Commerce and Operations of PT PLN Batubara Niaga (2025 - Present).

Starting his career at PT PLN (Persero) Generation and Distribution of North Sumatra in 2005, as an Engineer Rahmat Dian Amir also has a lot of experience in managing various power plants including Belawan PLTGU, Teluk Lembu PLTMG & Duri PLTG, Sipan Sihaporas PLTA, Renun PLTA & Kotopanjang PLTA, Naganraya PLTU & Labuhan Angin PLTU and was also trusted 3 times to be the leader of the power plant unit including Pandan Generation, Labuhan Angin Generation and Pekanbaru Generation.
