PT PLN Batubara
Niaga implements one of the Talent Development Performance Indicators within
its Key Performance Indicators (KPI), namely Human Capital Readiness (HCR).
HCR serves as a
metric to assess the readiness of human resources in terms of capacity and
capability to support the implementation of the company's strategy, in
accordance with the Performance Achievement Assessment Guidelines of PT PLN
Energi Primer Indonesia (EPI) and aligned with the provisions of the Ministry
of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Regulation No. 2 of 2023.
The target of
the HCR KPI includes the implementation of training and certification programs.
The planning of these training and certification programs is based on
employees' competency gaps and is tailored to the company's needs in addressing
strategic issues.
