PLN Batubara Niaga Strengthens GCG Implementation through IHT in Preparation for ACGS Assessment

In an effort to enhance corporate governance quality and prepare for the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) assessment, PLN Batubara Niaga conducted an In-House Training (IHT) on Good Corporate Governance (GCG), attended by all employees.

This initiative aims to strengthen employees’ understanding of the fundamental GCG principles, including transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. In addition, the IHT serves as a platform to align understanding of the indicators and assessment parameters within the ACGS framework, ensuring that GCG implementation across the organization is carried out effectively and measurably.

Through this activity, PLN Batubara Niaga reaffirms its commitment to upholding good corporate governance practices as a key foundation for sustainable business operations. Thorough preparation is expected to support optimal assessment results while enhancing stakeholders’ trust in the company’s performance.
