The Coal Directorate team of PT PLN Primary Energy Indonesia (PLN EPI) and PT PLN Coal Trading (PLN BBN) conducted monitoring and control of coal supply to the Paiton 9 Power Plant located in Probolinggo, East Java on Tuesday (16/5). Present at the visit were Ary Bastari, Director of Coal at PLN EPI, Tri Joko Supriyatno, SVP of Coal Contract & Logistics Control, Eko Yuniarto, SVP of Coal Business Development, Hidmad Erhansyah, SVP of Business Services & Mining Partnerships, Kanapi Subur Dwiyanto, CEO of PLN BBN, and the Coal Directorate team from PLN EPI.

On the second day, Wednesday (17/5), the delegation headed to the Tanjung Awar-Awar Power Plant located in Tuban, East Java. PLN EPI supplies 3.4 million metric tons of coal per year to the Paiton 9 Power Plant and 3.2 million metric tons to the Tanjung Awar-Awar Power Plant. Monitoring and control of coal supply continue to be conducted by PLN EPI through online meetings and direct site visits to ensure Operational Days (HOP) and coal availability at PLN Group and IPP power plants.
